We’re looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk who’s ready to jump in and support our Accounting team with invoice processing, vendor payments, and financial accuracy across the board. What You’ll Do

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and coding
• Prepare and process payments, including check runs, ACH transfers, and reimbursements
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain AP records and documentation for audits and compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, and Operations teams to resolve payment issues
• Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year of experience in accounts payable or administrative finance roles
• Familiarity with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
• Experience in cannabis, retail, or regulated industries (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) in all applicable states

A Few Things You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong visual acuity and comfort working with spreadsheets and accounting data
• Occasional extended hours during close cycles
