Job Description:

The Compliance Auditor will assist in reviewing internal processes related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and invoice accuracy. This role plays a key part in ensuring procedures meet internal standards and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit mortgage servicing records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Evaluate foreclosure and bankruptcy cases using both digital tools and manual tracking
• Review vendor invoices and identify discrepancies
• Prepare and organize audit files and compliance documentation
• Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and client systems
• Maintain compliance tracking logs and training documentation
• Assist with ongoing audit functions and team support as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage servicing or default operations
• Prior exposure to compliance, quality control, or auditing is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational habits with consistent follow-through
• Background check and drug screening required

• Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate
• Interview Process: Single 30-minute virtual or in-person interview
