Administrative Assistant

Acara Solutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients in Tempe, AZ.

• Pay rate: $20-$25/hour

• Must have experience working with Office 365 (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Must have experience working with data

• Must be a great team player with strong communication skills who brings a positive attitude to their work environment.

• Maximo experience is preferred

• Contractor will be working Monday through Friday, can start anytime between 5am-8am (it will be an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute lunch). For example, if they started at 7am, then the shift would be 7am-3:30pm.

• 6 month contract with possibility of extension

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED and 3 years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Has extensive knowledge in specialized functions, a wide and comprehensive acquaintance of the work with an understanding of, both general and specific phases of the job and their practical applications to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Advanced and demonstrated experience working with computer software applications, electronic mail systems and applicable department and/or administrative support systems.
