Healthcare Recruiter – Entry Level Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)

About the RoleWe're looking for an ambitious, emotionally intelligent Recruiter to join our Phoenix team and help us scale smarter—not just faster.
This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to growth. You'll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care.

What Success Looks LikeConsistently meeting or exceeding monthly recruiting goals
Building strong pipelines of high-quality providers and candidates
Improving retention and candidate engagement
Managing candidate expectations aligned with business needs
Being a positive, reliable teammate who shows up and takes ownership
Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills
Build long-term relationships with candidates
Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
Competitive mindset
Naturally empathetic with strong emotional intelligence
Comfortable with high-volume outreach
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment
Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS/CRMs, or sourcing tools is a plus
2+ years of experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or leadership preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
