We are currently looking for a PIC (person in charge) to join our team at our Jimmy John's Sandwiches located in Phoenix (Tramonto), AZ. We prefer previous experience working at a Jimmy John's and/or 1 year management experience to be considered for this position.
The PIC is responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant Managers with all aspect of the store.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Ensuring all systems and procedures are followed and maintained
Managing staff of up to 5-10 people during your shift
Managing and controlling labor and cost of goods sold
Making sure the store is staffed appropriately
Training and coaching employees
Completes opening and closing procedures
Completes all paperwork required with 100% integrity
