Sales Lead Generator

As a Sales Lead Generator, you will engage directly with customers in a comfortable, air-conditioned retail environment, generating interest in residential air-conditioning replacement services and scheduling in-home appointments. Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers at the company display within partner retail warehouse locations
- Initiate conversations to generate interest in the company’s residential air-conditioning replacement services
- Schedule in-home appointments for Sales Consultants to provide estimates
- Represent the company in a professional, honest, and ethical manner
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations
- Possession of a smartphone
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in an indoor, air-conditioned environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
Compensation
Average earnings of $25–$30 per hour, with top performers earning $60,000+ per year. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses.
