- Monitor inventories, work in process, and prepare raw materials
- Enforce safety standards in all operations
- Record and maintain production documentation
- Ability to follow existing manufacturing processes and instructions but be able to define new processes parameters and streamline existing processes as appropriate
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of process equipment and tools
- Produce articles under a set timeline during production
- Troubleshoot various production issues
