We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain clear communication while demonstrating strong product knowledge in the property and casualty insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective customer support across various communication channels
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand and address their needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services related to property and casualty insurance
- Document customer interactions and update data records accurately
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem solving abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent time management
- Accurate data entry skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
