Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Certifications:

• Current, valid state Speech-Language Pathology license
• Possession of an active SLP Educator Certificate
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CCC-SLP credential required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Ability to manage a varying caseload with flexibility as student needs evolve
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and consultation services as outlined by student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
• Develop, implement, and monitor speech and language goals
• Maintain detailed, organized documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Support a positive and inclusive environment for diverse learners
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
• Adapt interventions to meet students’ unique needs, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
