Accounts Payable Specialist POST NUMBER: 151005

Vaco Arizona is hiring an AP Specialist for a top company in Mesa! This is an onsite contract-to-hire opportunity paying up to $21/hour. Responsibilities: • Process and manage high-volume invoices in a timely and accurate manner • Review, code, and distribute invoices and payment documentation • Maintain accurate vendor records and financial account information • Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and discrepancies • Assist with invoice approvals, expense reimbursements, and account reconciliations • Collect and verify new vendor documentation including W-9s and ACH forms • Support the Accounts Payable team with account troubleshooting and additional projects as needed Requirements: • 2 years of Accounts Payable experience • Experience with an ERP System Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
