YOUR TYPICAL DAY AT RDS ELECTRIC, INC.

As our Electrical Technician Foreman, your day begins at home, as you head directly to the assigned job site-no need to check in at a central office. On-site, you oversee project execution by planning electrical layouts, identifying potential safety risks, and coordinating with clients and other trades to ensure smooth operations. As a working foreman, you lead your crew by example, taking an active role in building, troubleshooting, and completing electrical installations to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN FOREMAN

• 7+ years of electrical experience
• Ability to plan, lead, and build electrical layouts
• Awareness of safety protocols on job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Driver's license
• Great people skills
• Proven leadership ability

WORK SCHEDULE

This role works from 5 AM to 2 PM (seasonal adjustments may apply). You will cover the Greater Phoenix Area, and be based in Glendale, AZ.
