When you join RadNet as a CT Technologist Trainee , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Participate in educational activities, in-service training, and on-the-job instruction to gain competency in CT imaging which includes a 10-week training period:
- Enrolling in an online CT program
- We will cover all Expenses for the online program!
- 3-4 days/week onsite CT training
- Fully trained and licensed within 14-16 weeks
- Enrolling in an online CT program
- Assists with preparing patients for CT exams and explains procedures in a courteous and professional manner.
- Learns proper positioning techniques, immobilization methods, and safety procedures for CT imaging under supervision.
- Observes and assists with administering contrast media (only after obtaining venipuncture certification and under direct supervision, if applicable).
- Supports technologists with image processing, PACS transmission, and quality assurance checks.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
- Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for patient procedures.
- Provides professional and compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process.
- Completes administrative tasks, paperwork, and data entry as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned while learning the full scope of the CT Technologist role.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- Must have current ARRT(R) and State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (CRT).
- Must obtain ARRT (CT) certification and/or applicable State CT license within the timeframe required by RadNet policy or state regulations. Continued employment in the trainee role is contingent upon meeting this requirement.
- Completion of an accredited Radiology program required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Venipuncture certification preferred; if not held, must obtain within required timeframe.
- Ability to learn and apply specialized CT equipment operation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to patients, physicians, and team members.
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to professional development.

Pay Range: USD $30.00 - USD $38.00 /per hour Shift: Mornings Shift Variations: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Bonus/Incentives: $7,500.00 Sign-On Bonus
