Are you a bilingual (English/Spanish) caregiver who loves helping others? At Total Care Connections, we're growing quickly and bringing on 510 new clients and patients every week across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Florence, and Casa Grande.

We are hiring bilingual caregivers and CNAs to provide care and support to seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities in the East Valley area. If you're compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference, we'd love for you to join our team!

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship in clients' homes
• Assist with daily living activities (ayuda con higiene, comidas, movilidad, y ejercicios)
• Support clients with errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Ayudar con tareas domsticas ligeras y recordatorios de medicamentos
• Monitor client well-being and report changes promptly
• Observar el bienestar del cliente y reportar cualquier cambio

Requirements:

• Must speak and understand both English and Spanish
• Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but not required)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. and perform caregiving duties
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
