Full-Time Manufacturing Engineer
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production transfer from development to manufacturing.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve manufacturing issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, validation protocols, and control plans.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
