This is an on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ, and team members are expected to work from the assigned location during standard working hours from Monday through Friday .

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide vehicles entering and leaving the parking area to maintain a steady and organized traffic flow
• Provide clear parking instructions and assist customers with questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner
• Monitor the parking facility to ensure all vehicles comply with parking rules and guidelines
• Handle parking fee payments and manage cash transactions accurately
• Maintain proper logs and documentation of vehicle arrivals and departures
• Stay alert to the surrounding environment and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to management immediately

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background
• Prior experience in customer service, parking management, or a similar operational role is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers effectively
• Ability to remain organized and focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Basic mathematical skills to process payments and handle cash transactions
• Familiarity with parking management systems or willingness to learn related technology
