- Maintain an active Assisted Living Facilities Manager's License for two locations
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an assisted living or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the assisted living community.
- Ensure that all residents receive personalized and attentive care, maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Supervise, train, and support a dedicated team of caregivers and administrative staff.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address any concerns or needs promptly and professionally.
