What You’ll Do

As a key member of the IT team, you will help ensure employees have the technology and support they need to succeed.

  • Provide help desk and desk-side technical support to employees in the office and remotely
  • Troubleshoot Windows systems, applications, and hardware issues
  • Log and track service requests in the IT ticketing system
  • Set up and configure computers, laptops, and peripherals
  • Assist with conference room technology and meeting presentations
  • Install, move, and maintain desktop equipment
  • Support systems connected to servers and network services
  • Participate in occasional IT projects and upgrades
  • Travel occasionally to support other offices when needed
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who enjoys technology and helping others.

  • Around 1 year of IT support experience (desk-side, help desk, or internship)
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows systems and common applications
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365
  • Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus
  • Ability to diagnose basic PC hardware issues
  • A+ certification is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and responsive when following up on issues
  • Experience working in a corporate or professional environment is a plus
