Location: North West Tucson area

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about guiding patients and families through their hospice journey with skill and compassion.

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

• Manage pain and symptoms with expertise and empathy

• Create individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team

• Communicate clearly with families and caregivers, offering education and emotional support

• Keep accurate, timely documentation

• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities for continuous patient care

• Current RN license in Arizona

• Minimum 1 year of experience (hospice or palliative care strongly preferred)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

• CPR certification and valid driver’s license

• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance

• Compassionate demeanor and strong clinical judgment

• Comfort with independent work and team collaboration
