Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to expand market presence and drive adoption of an innovative diagnostic platform across a designated territory. This individual will play a key role in managing strategic accounts, cultivating new business opportunities, and supporting clinicians through education and training.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy aligned with overall revenue goals.
Build strong, consultative relationships with physicians, respiratory therapists, hospital stakeholders, and outpatient care teams.
Lead product demonstrations, trainings, and clinical discussions to drive customer engagement and adoption.
Identify and close new business opportunities within health systems, IDNs, private practices, and specialty clinics.
Provide post-sale support and clinical follow-up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and utilization.
Track competitor activity, market dynamics, and account trends to adapt strategy accordingly.
Report sales performance, forecasts, and territory insights to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical, operations) to support the broader commercial strategy.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
3+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience with a consistent record of quota achievement.
Strong knowledge of the clinical sales process and comfort engaging with clinicians at all levels.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a geographically dispersed territory.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pulmonary diagnostics, respiratory therapy, or related therapeutic areas.
Exposure to hospital or outpatient clinical environments and their purchasing processes.
Demonstrated success launching or selling disruptive healthcare technologies.
