About the Role
As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and potential customers. You'll play a critical role in educating clients about the collision repair process, scheduling vehicle drop-offs, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience from first interaction to intake.

What You'll Be Doing
- Promptly receive and respond to inbound call, leads, and customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and CRM platforms.
- Accurately input and manage lead information within the CRM database.
- Educate customers on the collision repair process and explain how we stand apart in customer service.
- Expedite vehicle drop-off scheduling to support workflow efficiency.
- Maintain consistent, professional follow-up communication until the vehicle is dropped off.
- Assist customers in coordinating rental vehicles and insurance communications as needed.
- Document detailed notes in CRM systems for each customer interaction.
- Support basic administrative functions such as email management, spreadsheets, and appointment tracking.
- Collaborate with the customer service team with flexibility, empathy, and positivity.
We'd Love to Meet You If You are:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- You have 1-2 years of customer service, intake, or administrative experience preferred.
- Automotive or collision center experience.
Qualifications: Required
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Calm, empathetic, and solution-focused approach under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, email communication, and basic data entry.
