Porter/Detailer

Horne Freedom Ford is now hiring a FULL-TIME Lot Attendant/Detailer! The Ideal candidate has and can work in a fast paced environment, has experience in being an automotive detailer/porter to previously be part of our team here at Horne Freedom Ford, in Thatcher Arizona! This is a Full time opportunity! Pay: $14.70 DOE** Job Description: We are looking for a fast, fun and friendly lot attendant with Experience. Experience is a plus, and bi-lingual is a plus but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Intake and inspect front line units as they arrive
• Check in Vehicles from transport
• In charge of process and procedures of day to day expectations
• Keeps used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed.
• Makes key tags for vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Able to work year round outdoors
• Providing a high level of customer service to all customers
• Exterior and Interior cleaning of vehicles
• Use necessary equipment to clean and detail vehicles
• Inspect all vehicles thoroughly upon arrival and prior to leaving facility
• Maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment
• Report any damage to supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

* Requirements for this position are:

• Must have a valid and clean driver's license
• 1 year detail experience
• Highly motivated and punctual
• Professional appearance and personality
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Must know how to drive a manual transmission
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, twist and climb step ladders
• Ability to lift/push/pull and/or move items up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 or over
• Detail oriented, Multi-tasking and Computer Literate
• Positive attitude
• Able to meet physical demands of the position
• Ability to drive a stick shift is a plus
• Previous lead lot attendant experience is a plus
