The Position

The Transaction Coordinator updates the MLS and marketing websites, reviews and updates documents within the transaction files, inputs all necessary information into the client's database and transaction managment systes while coordinating with vendors as requested.

The Transaction Coordinator oversees all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.

If you have your real estate license and is someone who has exceptional customer service skills and can act as the ambassador of the Company brand, this position is for you!

This position is an in office position working Monday through Friday at $21.63/hour + Commission.
