- Perform auto glass repairs and replacements with precision and efficiency.
- Assess damage and provide accurate cost estimates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for glass installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and answer questions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new repair techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in auto glass repair or related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver glass materials safely.
