Product Owner
- Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to interact with and present to all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of product owner role and practices
- Hands on UAT cycle experience
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships and influence key partners to drive collaboration
- Demonstrated strategic thought leadership; ability to assess business objectives/strategies and define/implement appropriate strategies
- Innovative mindset and experience in evaluating business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, strong learning agility, curiosity, and willingness to embrace new challenges
- Exposure to agile methodologies, ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once and work in a dynamic, time-critical environment
