Whether you’re experienced or new to tax preparation, our LegacyBridge Training Academy will prepare you to succeed. This is a commission-based position—the more clients you serve, the more you earn—perfect for motivated individuals looking for flexibility and high earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns

Guide clients through the filing process (in-person, by phone, or video)

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws

Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns

Help clients get back on track with past-due taxes

Cross-sell products and services to maximize value and income

Keep accurate, organized client and tax records

What You Bring

Completion of LegacyBridge Training Academy (required before starting)

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Basic tax knowledge (training provided for beginners)

Computer literacy and the ability to learn software quickly

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated, independent worker with a go-getter attitude

Willingness to cross-sell and help clients with multiple services
