Espresso & Coffee Equipment Field Service Technician

Location: Tucson, AZ

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on technician to join our team full-time. This role involves diagnosing and repairing super automatic and traditional espresso machines and coffee equipment, installing new machines and water systems, and providing excellent customer service in the field. Prior espresso/coffee equipment experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right mechanically inclined candidate with electrical and plumbing knowledge.

Responsibilities

· Diagnose, repair, and refurbish espresso and coffee equipment

· Install new equipment and water systems

· Perform preventive maintenance in the field

· Manage parts inventory and maintain organized workspaces and company vehicle

· Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions

· Participate in rotation for after-hours on-call, including some nights, weekends, and overtime

Qualifications

· Prior espresso/coffee equipment repair experience a plus

· Strong mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing skills required

· Proficient with a voltmeter and able to read water/electrical schematics

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to lift 70–75 lbs

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

· Professional appearance and customer service skills

· Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor

· Must pass drug, background, and driving record screening as condition of employment

· Willingness to work occasional long days and on-call rotation

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Some overtime and on-call rotation required

Salary DOE (depending on experience)
