BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Accounting-Payroll / Administrative Services Officer in Phoenix, AZ 85007

Position Title: Service Officer - Administrative Services Officer

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007

Shift Timing: Mon - Friday 40.00 Hours Per Week

Anticipated start date: 1-2 Weeks

Duration: 6 Months contract and the possibility to be extended the contract.

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 on W2

The hybrid schedule is not a set schedule, but rather occasional days in office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Skills

3+ Years in an Accounting Position.

3+ Years of Payroll Experience.

Proficient in Google Suite and/or Excel.

Preferred Skills

AZ360 Experience.

Ensure time records are completed, process one-time payments in AZ360 HRM, prepare manual journal entries for payroll errors, audit payroll record and reconciliations. Complete research requests for payroll.

Process travel reimbursement claims.

Prepare agency transfers.

Process vendor payments.
