In-Home Orientations: We don't just give you an address; we provide in-home introductions and side-by-side support for new cases to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

Caregiver-First Culture: We provide the tools, the communication, and the respect you need to do your best work.

What We Are Looking For

We need independent, reliable professionals who can manage:

Personal Care: Assistance with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Mobility Support: Safe transfers and gait belt assistance.

Integrity: A commitment to showing up for our "Receivers" and following through on the care plan with excellence.

Compensation & Growth

Pay Range: $17.00 $19.00 per hour (based on experience and level of care).

Advancement Opportunities: We are growing! We offer paths to Care Coordinator roles, where you can manage a small caseload of Receivers and lead a team of caregivers.

Flexible Scheduling: We work with your lifewhether you need 8 hours or 35+ hours a week.

Requirements

Experience: Proven history in skilled caregiving (private duty, facility, or agency) is a plus.

Reliability: Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and a cell phone.

Location: Ability to serve clients in Tucson, Green Valley, or Sahuarita.
