Aesthetics Center Manager
- Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
- Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
- Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize their potential.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Two to four years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with general computer literacy.
- Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexible work schedule, including morning, evening, and weekends.
- Able to work 40+ hours a work week
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Use of upper extremities for typing, handling, feeling, and reaching.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess sensory abilities to observe and detect emergency situations.
