The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Food Truck Operator & Event Logistics pro who can safely drive and tow, set up/tear down quickly, keep gear humming, and deliver an amazing guest experience. You’ll wear a few hats—driver, food truck operator, and infrastructure/maintenance helper—and you’ll be trusted to execute checklists with care, speed, and pride.

What you’ll do

• Set up the food truck: power/generator, propane checks, temp logs, equipment readiness

• Operate during service: prep, simple cooking/kettle operation, restock, guest service, POS support

• Keep it clean: sanitize surfaces, sweep/mop, trash/grey-water handling (as applicable), end-of-night deep clean

• Tear down & reset: closeout checklists, restock for next shift, quick photo docs

• Light fixes & safety: tighten hardware, replace bulbs/fuses, report issues, maintain safety gear

• (Occasional) driving/support: short warehouse runs or repositioning—no CDL required

You are

• Friendly, reliable, detail-driven; thrive on nights/weekends and fast-paced crowds

• Comfortable lifting 50–60 lbs and working on your feet in Arizona heat

• Phone/GPS/app savvy (time clock, checklists)

Nice-to-haves

• Food truck/quick-service experience

• Pickup + trailer experience (helpful, not required)

• AZ Food Handler Card (or willing to get within 30 days—we’ll help)
