**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to join our team. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. **Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent required- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications **Responsibilities:**- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately **Work Schedule:** This is a Full-Time position, and the Guest Service Agent may be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
