We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our mission-driven team and ensure that every ingredient, package, and piece of equipment we source supports our commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Do
Source and negotiate with trusted suppliers for raw ingredients, packaging, and equipment.
Ensure materials meet strict GMP, FDA, and quality standards.
Manage inventory and supplier relationships to keep production running smoothly.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams on new product development.
Track market trends to find cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1+ years of procurement or supply chain experience (food, nutraceutical, or pharma preferred).
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for quality and collaboration.
