Back of House Team Member – Kitchen / Food Prep (sneakybird Queen Creek)

Position: Back of House (Kitchen / Food Prep) - Need to have morning availability.

We’re looking for dependable, experienced BOH team members who take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency. You’ll work alongside a tight-knit kitchen crew dedicated to speed, precision, and flavor.

All team members participate in our tip-sharing program .

Your Day-to-Day

• Prepare, portion, and cook high-quality chicken and sides according to sneakybird recipes
  
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards
  
• Keep prep and cook lines stocked, organized, and spotless
  
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
  
• Work efficiently with your team to meet ticket times
  
• Support a positive, energetic kitchen environment

• Strong kitchen or BOH restaurant experience required
  
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
  
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude
  
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs
  
• Current or obtainable Food Handler’s Card
  
• Ability to pass background screening
  

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time roles available
  
• Morning and evening shifts
  
• 7-day operation with rotating weekend availability
