Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish various surfaces
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.)
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
- Respond to guest or resident requests in a timely, courteous manner
- Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of guests/residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education (Optional / Adjustable)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (management/executive roles)
