Office Clerk

Location: Phoenix
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $17/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Employment type: W2
• Start date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
The Office Clerk supports daily administrative and compliance operations by ensuring documents are accurately filed, scanned, and entered into internal systems. This role plays a key part in keeping records organized, accessible, and audit-ready. Success in this position depends on strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of paperwork in a fast-paced office environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• File, scan, and index documents into electronic imaging and tracking systems
• Enter and update data accurately across multiple internal databases
• Process incoming paperwork related to licensing, renewals, and compliance records
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval
• Support administrative teams with clerical tasks and time-sensitive requests
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in clerical, office, or administrative support roles
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and document management
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS
• High-volume filing, scanning, and data entry accuracy
• Experience working with electronic document management systems
• Customer service experience in an office environment
