Expo Duties
- Effectively communicate order information between the kitchen and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and table assignments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist servers and bartenders with food delivery to optimize service times.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting fellow employees.
Expo Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
