Administrative Coordinator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $21.63 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the President and Senior Leadership, including the Dean of Academic Affairs, Dean of Student Affairs & Enrollment, and VP of Finance & Administration/COO.
  • Manage the President’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare briefing materials as needed.
  • Coordinate travel, itineraries, and expense reimbursements for the President and Senior Leadership.
  • Screen calls and visitors; coordinate logistics and make appropriate referrals.
  • Prepare, edit, and draft correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Plan and coordinate special events sponsored by the President’s Office.
  • Support institutional memberships, applications, and renewals.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including document creation, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Event planning and coordination experience.
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment with evolving technology.
  • Proven problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines and high standards.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
