Collections Specialist
Guardian Tax — Chandler, AZ (In-Office Only)
Guardian Tax is looking for a dependable, confident Collections Specialist to join our Chandler office. This is a structured, phone-based role focused on helping clients stay on track while delivering real results for the company.
If you're calm under pressure, persuasive without being pushy, and comfortable having financial conversations—we want to talk to you.
Compensation
$18/hour base pay
Performance bonuses with the ability to earn an effective hourly rate of $23–$24
Full-time, steady hours with consistent expectations
