Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site) Compensation: $20 -$24.00/hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Advance Your Career in a Professional Office SettingWe’re seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant to support internal teams at a financial services organization in Albuquerque. This role is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in administrative support, especially in financial services, legal, or other professional environments.
What You’ll Do- Perform high-volume data entry with precision
- Manage schedules for internal staff and client meetings
- Provide administrative support to management staff
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
