Join a Growing Team as an Order Entry Specialist – Phoenix, AZ

LHH is partnering with a rapidly expanding company in Tempe/Scottsdale to find a full-time Order Entry Specialist who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys supporting both internal teams and valued clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the internal system
• Support the customer service team by routing inquiries and ensuring timely responses
• Manage revisions or cancellations of orders with attention to detail
• Verify and update customer account information
• Ensure 100% accuracy in order entry and data management
• Provide vendor support and assist with client services
• Process purchase orders and work orders efficiently
• Assist with invoicing and billing tasks (experience in this area is a plus!)
• Handle high-volume data input—no two days are the same!
• Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of order entry experience
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; NetSuite experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for accuracy
