Clean Room Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:00am )

• Perform precision display bonding and assembly tasks in a Class 1000 or Class 100 cleanroom.
• Follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and visual aids with strong accuracy.
• Inspect components throughout the process to ensure quality and first-pass yield.
• Operate bonding, alignment, and inspection equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain documentation, support 5S/Lean initiatives, and meet production targets.

Clean Room Technician Qualifications:

• 1–2 years cleanroom or precision manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with display bonding, optical alignment, or adhesive curing is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks.
• Ability to read technical documentation and work with small components/tools.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to cross-train.
