As a Sales and Development Manager at Knight Air Conditioning, you will :

• Facilitate customer transactions as well as the transition between repair and replacement with our technicians.
• Provide in-home estimates for residential clients.
• Lead internal employee sales development.
• Recover revenue for past leads.
• Develop sales processes.
• Train our team to capitalize on opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excels in creative problem solving.
• Has an in-depth understanding of and love for the home services trade.
• Pays keen attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

• Must love dogs!
• Must have an amazing attitude and be driven by a strong commitment to customer relationships and collaborative teamwork.
• Must provide previous work references with verified results.
• Must have a great sense of humor!
