Lothorian LLC is seeking an experienced Pool Construction Crew Leader / Carpenter to supervise and work alongside a field crew on residential pool construction projects. This position combines hands-on construction work with crew leadership responsibilities ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Job Site Management

Lead and supervise pool construction crew members on active job sites

Assign daily tasks and coordinate workflow to keep projects on schedule

Ensure work is completed according to project plans and company standards

Maintain a safe and organized job site while enforcing company safety policies

Communicate progress issues and material needs with project managers and office staff

Train and mentor crew members and assistants

Construction & Carpentry Duties

Perform general construction tasks related to residential pool installation

Build and install wooden structures including forms framing decking and other carpentry components

Measure cut and assemble materials using hand and power tools

Assist with site preparation including excavation grading and layout

Install and assist with plumbing lines equipment pads and structural components

Set forms for concrete pours and assist with finishing work when needed

Load unload and transport construction materials and equipment

Maintain and properly use construction tools and equipment

Qualifications

3 years of construction experience (pool construction preferred)

Carpentry experience required (framing form building or deck construction)

Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred

Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid drivers license with no major infractions in the last 5 years

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
