The Accident Guys are looking for experienced Case Managers to join our Personal Injury team in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area!

We’re seeking candidates with prior experience in personal injury—your expertise will help us continue delivering top-quality service to our clients. COMPENSATION:

Starting at $25.00/hour, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Superior customer service skills

Communicate with clients regularly regarding their case

Assist clients with scheduling medical treatment

Assist clients with getting their vehicle repaired

You will be responsible for managing 100 plus cases at a time

Strong grammar skills

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Responsible

Outgoing personality

Must be comfortable speaking on the phone

Work well under pressure

Looking for a long-term position

Wants to help people who have been injured

Strong communication skills

Strong organization skills

Ability to handle many tasks at once

Candidates must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability

Must be able to work in a team environment

Bilingual/Spanish is a plus

Fast Typer 50+ WPM
