About Us:

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the west side of the Phoenix valley. With 4 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, Lactation Consulting and Myo services. We are currently growing to help cover our current needs while planning for the expansion to additional clinics in the near future. Our mission is to help every child reach their greatest potential. Responsibilities:

• Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions, groups/classes and evaluations. Weekly department/ company meetings, as well as supervision meetings. Therapy aides are available to assist all clinicians.

Requirements:

• Must hold a current license for Physical Therapy License in Arizona. If out of state must be willing to obtain an Az License.
