Growing Naturopathic Clinic in sunny Northwest Tucson, Arizona seeks an Arizona licensed ND or Functional Medicine NP to add to our clinic family. Some remote work is available, but must be willing to be in office as well. (Additional licensure in CO is a plus, though these of course would be remote only!)

Our tranquil office offers a pleasant ambiance, with an in-house medicinary and great office staff. We create an environment that facilitates healing, ensures that each patient feels valued, and models our commitment to a balanced lifestyle.

We are a family practice, and see just about everyone from peds to geriatrics. We see a lot of homeschool moms and their families, and many of our patients seem to know each other and refer by word of mouth. Cases run the gamut, from complex chronic disease including GI, endocrinology, rheumatology, dermatology, biotoxin illnesses and more. What sets us apart is a strong emphasis on Lindhlar's Nature Cure philosophy. We don't treat symptoms; we listen to patient cases and do everything we can to identify and address the root cause. We also emphasize the integration of body, mind, and spirit. The ideal team member will be strong in principles of Nature Cure and vitalism.

We offer either one of two compensation models, depending upon experience: either a base salary with monthly bonuses commensurate with practice growth (and this model includes PTO, malpractice insurance, health insurance, a CME stipend, and weekly grand rounds). For more experienced providers, we can offer a generous percentage of revenue generated for the clinic, in an employee based model. In this model, mentorship and grand rounds are available if desired.
