Position Overview:
Phoenix Autism Center is seeking a passionate and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the assessment, treatment planning, and clinical oversight of individualized ABA services. This role is responsible for designing high-quality, evidence-based programming, supervising direct care staff, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary partners to ensure meaningful outcomes for each client. BCBAs at PAC play a critical role in upholding clinical excellence while supporting a child-led, developmentally appropriate model of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including FBAs and skill-based assessments, to inform individualized treatment plans.
Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
Ensure treatment fidelity and data-driven decision making across all assigned cases.
Supervision & Staff Development
Provide ongoing supervision, training, and feedback to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB standards.
Model best clinical practices and ensure staff competency prior to program implementation.
Support professional development through coaching, performance feedback, and skill building.
Family & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with caregivers to provide parent training, education, and ongoing communication regarding client progress.
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers (SLPs, OTs, schools, etc.) to support generalization and continuity of care.
Participate in treatment reviews and interdisciplinary planning as needed.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with AHCCCS, payor, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure services meet medical necessity, ethical standards, and Phoenix Autism Center policies.
Participate in audits, quality assurance activities, and corrective action planning when required.
Program Quality & Innovation
Stay current with emerging research and evidence-based practices in ABA and related fields.
Implement a variety of assessment tools and treatment approaches to meet clients where they are developmentally.
Contribute to ongoing program development and clinical excellence initiatives within PAC.
