Remote Commercial Insurance Account Manager (Mountain Time Zone)

Location: Remote for Arizona based agency

Salary: $80,000 to 90,000

Work From Home. Own Client Relationships. Help Drive Retention and Growth.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager who is looking for the flexibility of a fully remote role while continuing to make a meaningful impact on client success.

In this position, you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, partner closely with Producers, and play a key role in renewal strategy, coverage execution, and service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong account manager who enjoys autonomy, relationship management, and influencing positive client outcomes.

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must reside in or be able to work standard business hours aligned with the Mountain Time Zone.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Leadership

• Serve as the primary service contact for assigned commercial clients

• Provide proactive guidance on coverage strategy, policy changes, and risk considerations

• Conduct account reviews and support renewal planning with Producers

• Build long-term client partnerships through responsiveness and technical expertise

Account Management & Policy Execution

• Manage endorsements, certificates, renewals, cancellations, and policy documentation

• Prepare renewal proposals, coverage comparisons, and marketing recommendations

• Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency management system

Market Coordination & Coverage Strategy

• Analyze exposures and assist with placement strategy and carrier negotiations

• Support quoting activity and track submissions to ensure timely policy issuance

• Develop strong working relationships with underwriters and carrier partners

Team Collaboration & Operational Support

• Partner with Producers and internal team members to support retention and growth goals

• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry standards

• Contribute to workflow improvements and team initiatives

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of commercial insurance account management experience

• Active Property & Casualty License

• Solid understanding of commercial coverages, underwriting, and account servicing

• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

• Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills

• Experience with Applied EPIC or similar systems preferred

• Industry designations (CIC, CISR, CPCU) a plus
