Real Estate Cold Caller (With experienced)

**Responsibilities**
* Call real estate agents regarding active property listings
* Ask clear questions to confirm listing details and status
* Gather available information on seller motivation and financing
* Record call notes and updates in our CRM or tracking sheets
* Follow up with agents as needed
* Coordinate with the acquisitions team on potential opportunities
**Requirements**
* Strong spoken and written English
* Experience with cold calling, phone outreach, or lead generation
* Comfortable speaking with real estate agents and professionals
* Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
* Experience using CRMs or spreadsheets
**Preferred (Not Required)**
* Real estate or investor support experience
* Agent outreach or appointment setting background
* Basic understanding of real estate transactions
**Compensation & Setup**
* Up to **$7/hour**, depending on experience
* Fully remote
