EAST VALLEY

*THIS POSITION WILL START AS PER DIEM THEN TRANSITION TO FULL TIME OR PART TIME*

12hr shifts Days or Nights

-Assists with daily activities at individual's home.
-Performs tasks including but not limited to making beds, doing laundry, preparing meals, washing dishes, ironing, cleaning, bathing, dressing, etc.
-Purchases and prepares meals and groceries for individual.
-Helps patient up and down stairs, in and out of bed, etc.
-Provides medication reminders
-Accompanies ambulatory clients outside of home.
-Transports clients to doctors appointments or grocery store
-Entertains patient by reading, talking, listening to individual, upon request.
-Visits single/multiple households to provide similar daily care.
-Educate family about status/health of individual being cared for.
